Minutes of the Kwongtung Military Council held on the

1st July, 1925.

Those present at the meeting were:- Borodin,

Gallent, Rogacheff (military attache in the Russian Soviet Legation, Peking), Nieoff, Cherepanoff, Stepanoff, Lit Mat,

Eillbert, and Tereshatoff.

Military projects and the tasks to be undertaken

by various military officers.

Questions concerning good treatment to be afforded to officers in the Military Department.

Resolutions.

That Rogacheff be instructed to take over the charge of the Military Department from the hands of Gallent and to publish a notification to that effect. As regards the application of Gallent for leave of

absence, he should remain for two more weeks in

view of the present situation in Kwong Tung.

That the standing orders of the Military Council

should be amended as follows. The Head of the

Military Department should at the same time be the

Chief of Staff assisted by an adjutant. The draft

standing orders should be distributed among all

officers
